Transverse Abdominis-the Forgotten Ab Muscle

June 5, 2020 by East Wind

I’m going to share 2 videos with you today that covers working out the transverse abdomonis. The reason being is that many athletic people neglect this muscle and rob themselves of performance and the average person’s is underdeveloped do to inactivity.

The transverse abdominis is the base of our core muscles and with any base we want it to be strong and able to hold up to the load we are putting on it. Most people don’t think about the importance of the abs for spinal stability but that is actually one of their main goals. So if you are dealing with lower back pain the more stable you make your spine the less pain you will experience while moving.
