“I first brought my son to East Wind Acupuncture in May of 2006. He was diagnosed by his pediatrician with allergy-induced asthma at the age of 3. Any time Alex got a virus it would turn into asthma or pneumonia. He was hospitalized when he was 3-1/2 for pneumonia. He was treated by his pediatrician and an allergist and also saw an ears, nose and throat specialist for chronic ear infections. He was prescribed 4 different daily medications, which did not help him so I quit giving them to him. Since being treated at East Wind, his lungs have been clear and he isn’t taking any medications. He played his first season of baseball this summer with absolutely no breathing problems. He has also taken his eating habits and exercise a lot more seriously. He wants to be healthy and feel great even at his young age.”
